Yerra Solutions AG, a global Legal and IP consultancy providing consulting, managed services and technology products to Global Fortune® 500 clients, will host the third annual Yerra Conference in London on 29 October 2015. The event has become an important venue for in-house legal executives to gather and share ideas about how to be more innovative in managing the legal function for large, global organisations.
The opening address, delivered by Richard and Daniel Susskind, will cover themes from their new book, The Future of the Professions. This latest work expands on previous books focused on the future of the legal profession to discuss potential transformation of all major professions as we currently understand them. “This is the first time we will have spoken about our new book (The Future of the Professions) to in-house lawyers. We look forward to their feedback not only on the future for in-house lawyers but also on the impact of our ideas for their wider businesses,” says Professor Richard Susskind OBE.
“It is a great honour for Yerra Conference to be the first forum at which the Susskinds will discuss their new work with an in-house legal audience,” notes Rajitha Boer, founder and director of Yerra Solutions AG. “We are fortunate to have their insights, along with those of some of our most innovative customers.”
A strong line up of distinguished speakers will follow the opening keynote. Sessions will cover a range of topics from the procurement of legal services to artificial intelligence and the law to best practices in intellectual property law. Companies represented include GlaxoSmithKline, BT, Unilever, Sigma Aldrich, Novartis and Deutsche Bank.

DuBois et fils, the oldest Swiss watch factory, announced today that it will provide an educational session and auction for the legal executives in attendance at the Yerra Solutions annual conference, taking place in London on 29 October 2015 at the historic Wax Chandlers Hall. Yerra Solutions AG is a global Legal and IP consultancy providing consulting, managed services and technology products to Global Fortune® 500 clients.
“DuBois et fils is an excellent addition to our agenda. Not only are we both Swiss companies, but their commitment to innovative ways of doing business and improving their products is perfectly aligned with the initiatives taken on by Yerra clients,” says Rajitha Boer, founder/director and CEO of Yerra Solutions. Demonstrating its commitment to innovation and openness to change, DuBois et fils became the only luxury watch brand to be crowdfunded in 2013. It has also been aggressively pursuing the online retail market in addition to traditional brick and mortar outlets as a market for its fine products, showing an ability to adapt to, and thrive in, new business realities. This ability is one that is also vital to the legal executives that Yerra serves.
Attendees at the Yerra Annual Conference will enjoy a presentation on Swiss watchmaking as well as an auction of a vintage timepiece. The auction is part of an ongoing DuBois et fils celebration of its 230 anniversary, and the proceeds from the most lucrative 2015 auction will go toward the company’s social responsibility project.

Yerra Solutions AG, a global Legal and IP consultancy providing consulting, managed services and technology products to Global Fortune® 500 clients, today announced the addition of operations in APAC with new regional headquarters in Singapore. This move represents the latest in Yerra’s global expansion, with offices already established in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The expansion into APAC was initially driven by Yerra clients with interests in the region, including UBS, but Singapore is already outpacing growth projections, a trend expected to continue in 2015. Already, there are plans to expand the staff to include a Managing Director and multiple positions for IP and eDiscovery Consultants.
“Demand for services around eDiscovery and legal operations and technology has been very strong in APAC, and the legal market in this region is underserved,” said Rajitha Boer, founder and director of Yerra Solutions AG. “Our current hiring and plans for expansion of the staff and leadership in Singapore demonstrates our commitment to the region.”
Yerra Solutions is uniquely focused on the needs of those corporations headquartered and with primary operations outside of the United States. “Many firms like ours are focused mostly on the United States,” notes Boer. “We chose to concentrate on other regions to bring the global perspective critical to success with the type of organisations we serve.”
