BASEL, Switzerland – 1 February 2016 – Yerra Solutions AG, a global Legal and IP services company providing consulting, managed services and technology solutions to Global Fortune® 500 clients, has announced that it will launch a new service offering called Yerra Clearly at the Legaltech New York show taking place 2-4 of February at the New York Hilton Midtown.
Yerra Clearly combines process management, proprietary software and expert consulting to deliver superior management of a company’s legal spend and improved cost-control results. The hybrid approach provides in-house legal teams with a level of support and sophisticated analysis typically missing in purely technology-driven solutions and more traditional outsourcing operations.
Both technological innovation and human intelligence is leveraged in the Yerra Clearly legal spend management process.
1. Legal invoices are received in any format, the data is codified, standardised and loaded into Yerra’s proprietary analytics tool with no requirement for complicated technological integrations with other systems.
2. Invoices go through both system and human review by Yerra’s trained staff in managed service centers around the world.
3. Yerra’s highly experienced legal spend management specialists perform in-depth analysis of spend metrics to identify additional strategic savings and make recommendations on how to implement new processes and policies to accomplish those savings. Yerra Clearly incorporates data from a variety of systems and provide a complete view of legal spend from every angle.
4. Yerra’s legal and procurement specialists negotiate with law firms directly on your behalf, saving you time and money. Yerra Clearly is system agnostic and is compatible with, and adds value to, whatever eBilling, legal spend management or enterprise legal management system a legal department is running. Clients have full visibility into their invoice data and reports at all times. Clients may also choose to have Yerra administer an existing eBilling system as part of this managed services engagement, eliminating the administrative burdens on legal department staff that have exploded in the decades since eBilling systems were introduced. Expert consulting services are included in cost of implementation, eliminating the need for costly external consultants.
Yerra invites all attendees at Legaltech New York to stop by booth 401 for more information.

The terms of the deal are undisclosed. Lex Connect founder, Jerome Raguin, has joined Yerra Solutions as the global chief operating officer effective 25 January 2016.
Lex Connect is widely used by in-house leaders in Europe and beyond to better understand the vendor and solution landscape available to them. The site includes a matrix of information about technology and services important to managing a legal and IP department, including those for Enterprise Legal Management, Matter Management, eBilling, eDiscovery, Digital Forensics and others. Lex Connect also provides education through partnerships with associations and media outlets, such as the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) whose members regularly receive curated reading lists generated by the site.
“The addition of Lex Connect’s knowledge centre, and Jerome’s expertise, is perfectly in line with the Yerra mission of educating our clients and the in-house community to help legal leaders make the best decisions possible for their legal operations,” states Rajitha Boer, president & CEO of Yerra Solutions AG. Mr. Raguin will be responsible for managing the operations of Yerra solutions across all of its offices in Europe and Asia and will help to oversee a planned expansion to the United States in 2016. He will also continue to provide to clients and prospective clients the market expertise that led him to start Lex Connect. “Yerra is vendor agnostic when it comes to performing solution evaluations and implementations,” remarks Jerome. “This move will make it easier for Yerra consultants to leverage Lex Connect’s resources in making recommendations to clients, so it was a natural fit to join forces.”
