The new office, located at 387 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10016, further supports the company’s commitment to empowering its global customer base to better connect global operations and achieve long-term legal and IP operational excellence. Yerra Solutions LLC has been officially incorporated in the state of Delaware, and the company intends to hire more than 50 people to support clients in the Greater New York City area, as well as Nashville and Jacksonville.

Yerra Solutions Hires David Moran as Global CFO

Yerra Solutions AG, a global provider of innovative services and technology solutions for corporate legal and IP departments, has announced the addition of David Moran to its team as Global CFO. Moran will centralise the company's financial operations and is responsible for strategically allocating resources as Yerra continues to scale to meet client demand.

Mr. Moran began his career in finance at KPMG and PwC and went on to leverage that experience in several rapid-growth, global companies and start-up ventures. He has consulted and serves on the board of directors for multiple innovative companies, helping to facilitate financing and growth strategies.

Yerra Solutions Speaking at 2016 Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) Institute

Yerra Solutions AG, a global provider of innovative solutions for corporate legal and IP departments, today announced Jerome Raguin, global COO, and Josie Johnson, global head of marketing, will speak at the 2016 CLOC Institute. The inaugural CLOC Institute, hosted by the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium, is bringing together nearly 500 corporate legal and law firm professionals and legal technology and service providers this week in San Francisco.

Jerome Raguin will lead a breakout session entitled Building a Long-Term Operations & Technology Roadmapon Tuesday, May 3rd at 10:30am pacific in the California East Room located in the Westin St. Francis Hotel. The presentation will provide information on how to perform an honest evaluation of current operations and technology, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and tips for creating an achievable target operating model that will positively impact business.

Josie Johnson will participate in a panel entitled How to Put on a Kick-ass Legal Department Offsite, on Wednesday, May 4th at 9:15am in the Borgia Room. The session will include corporate legal operations professionals discussing critical considerations for planning quality educational sessions for their departments and how to handle complex meeting logistics.
